I am the owner of Inspired Living Counseling, Inc., based in Overland Park, KS - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling designed to their specific needs.

I love what I get to do everyday, and cannot imagine my life without my work. Sitting with each person is truly a privilege and an honor. Hearing a story and holding space, hope, worth -- until one can embrace it fully for themselves is a trusted gift that I value.

I am married to a great guy. I have two adult kids and two step-kids. Recently, I had the joy of my first grandchild being born! We have two rescue dogs. We are active in our church, and we're enjoying this season of our life!
